James Reum is the owner of Reum Custom Building, a custom construction
business registered in the State of Montana as a Limited Liability Company.
​
James aims to be the partner of choice to the residential and commercial
customer by focusing on an ethical approach that emphasizes honesty and
integrity throughout the entire process. He fully immerses himself into every
aspect of each new construction, renovation, and remodel project.
Specializing in high end new custom residential homes, he also endeavors to
work with customers to help conceptualize and redesign their existing spaces.

Like many contractors, James developed an affinity for the building arts in his early years. Driven by a kindling enthusiasm for construction, he endeavored to build his own home which he completed in 2006. The following year, he decided to share his talent off, officially starting Reum Custom Building in 2007.
​
Since then Reum Custom Building has had many notable accomplishments in the construction trade. James worked on the Yellowstone Club/Warren Miller Lodge, built his first restaurant in 2009, and in 2015 was the General Manager of his first custom home over $1 Million. One of his most publicized homes was a lodge in Lakeside that was given a spread in Log Cabin Homes magazine in March 2015.

Elise Reum is the wife of James Reum and co-owner of Reum Custom Building.
She has been actively involved in the inner-workings of Reum Custom Building
for over 10 years. Public relations and advertisement are her fortes.
​
She is very passionate about her role in the business and aims to assist her
husband in becoming the most highly sought after builder in the Flathead
Valley.
Elise is an RN and mother of two children, a boy and a girl. She us currently going to Nurse Practitioner School in order to further her career in the health care field. In her off time she loves to spend time with her family hiking, snowmobiling, and boating.
